Coonawarra Road Show 2018
Over 2 weeks of August, the wineries of Coonawarra pack their bags (and wine boxes), load up the ute, and head across the nation. Well, in reality, we’ll probably dust off the frequent flyer card, but that’s not nearly as romantic! With over 100 amazing wines from Coonawarra for you to taste, of course Di Giorgio Family Wines will be there, and the opportunity to meet and chat with the people who make the wine! Tokar Estate award-winning wines are bold and distinctive. They are gutsy, authentic expressions of their Yarra Valley terroir. Tokar Estate wines are well structured but retain the
elegance the Yarra Valley is renowned for. All our wines are single vineyard and estate grown. They are nurtured from vineyard to bottle by winemaker Martin Siebert and the Tokar family.
Penna Lane Wines
Penna Lane is a small boutique vineyard that consistently produces high quality wine, the vines of Penna Lane hug the hillsides of the beautiful Skilly Valley, within the world famous Clare Valley wine region of South Australia.
Nestled beneath Mt Oakden—one of the highest points in the Clare Valley—the estate vineyards comprise Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Semillon varieties.
The grapes for Penna’s distinctive Riesling styles are also grown locally, within the Skilly Valley and Watervale sub-regions of the Clare Valley.
