Ngatarawa Glazebrook Syrah

Premium grapes were sourced from selected Hawkes Bay vineyards, crushed, de-stemmed and fermented using selected yeast strains.

Warm fermentation at 26-28C. Post ferment maceration was carried out for approximately 2 weeks before pressing and further maturation.
