Lovely aromas of blackcurrants, stewed rhubarb, hibiscus tea and wild brambles all entwined with exotic eastern spices. There are also pleasing glimpses of sweet dried raisins and some delicate violet notes. The palate is rich and luscious with dense mulberry flavours enhanced by mixed spices and pepperberries and these flavours last and last.
